The gay man in certain countries will have no business with sex but in Britain and similar countries, this is allowed.

A 41 year old british man has been banned from having Sex. The British judge ruled in support of the psychiatrists that "  the man is simply too mentally incompetent to be trusted with sex".

According news sources, the man's has an IQ of 48 which is considered to be too low or "moderate" to be trusted.

I am not sure if it has anything to do with IQ but you don't have to be smart to have control of Sex.Surprised
